Bill Weller

"Our goal is to always use the highest quality ingredients to bring out the best taste, and perfect presentation."

Bill's passion for cooking began at a young age, as his family owned a grocery store and he spent a lot of time working in the produce and meat department, where he was introduced to unusual vegetables and every type of meat and fowl. With Julia Child and Graham Kerr as his mentors, Bill began to cook and experiment at an early age. By age 15, he was doing most of the cooking in our household, and he hasn't stopped.
Bill has traveled extensively in Belgium, France and Italy, sharing recipes with local chefs and learning their secrets. He has also incorporated Pacific Rim fusion into many dishes, from spending time in the Hawaiian Islands. Bill is always experimenting with flavors and ingredients to find the perfect blend of taste and textures.

Otto Navarrete

“The Kitchen is my favorite place. It is a place where all senses are awaken, the view, the provocation, the textures, the flavors, the crunch, and aromas of future enjoyment. I would like to demonstrate the unfussiness of a dish by evocating to its true flavor and origin, and if possible adding my own personal touch.”

Otto’s enthusiasm for culinary began when he was only twelve years old. He picked it up with intense salad preparation and experimentation. By the time he was at the university, studying Industrial Engineering, Otto was already working in the fast food industry in Colombia. Being in this world he quickly learned about the complexities of the behind scenes in kitchen production.
Since Oto has always been an avid cook, he decided to pursue this passion and attained a Diploma in International Cuisine at the Andean Foundation in Bogotá, Colombia. This proved to be a life changing experience that pushed him to immerse even more on this fantastic world. In 2008, Otto attended to the School of Gastronomy Mario Moreno where he was recognized as a versatile and creative Cook and Baker. Shortly after, he was working in the world of restaurants and hotels such as: Leo Cocina y Cava (Leo Kitchen and Bar) and the Fontana Hotel in Colombia, known them for their good cuisine at national and international level.
